Parents

Greetings parents! We hope that the exciting world of parenting your teenager is treating you well. Here at CCC we believe the role you play in your student’s life is irreplaceable. For that reason it is not our desire to replace parents but instead it is the desire of Student Ministries at Community Christian Church to partner with you in helping your student become who God created them to be.

Please take some time to check out our middle and high school pages so you can become more familiar with the specific programming that has been created with your student in mind. We believe that for a student to be a fully devoted follower of Jesus they must actively be a part of the 3 C’s here at CCC. In student ministry those 3 C’s flesh themselves out in our 3 Legged Stool approach to ministry.

The first leg of our 3-Legged Stool is Group Life. Groups are the place for students to love and to be loved, to know and to be known, to care and be cared for and to share life with one another. This is the place where your student will get to know adult leaders who truly care about them. Group Life is separated by gender and grade level in both middle and high school.

The second leg is Large Group which looks differently for middle and high school. Our large group time allows students to invite friends, celebrate together, and have a lot of fun. You can find out more about the individual large groups on the middle or high school pages.

The final leg of the model is our Trip & Retreats. Throughout the year our Student Ministry has trips & retreats planned for both middle and high school. Check out the student pages for more detailed info about each event as they arise.

Twice a month our Student Ministry Director, Ryan Arnold, sends out an email to all parents of students at CCC. This email consists of event updates, programming changes, and resources for parents. If you are interested in being a part of this semi-monthly email, please email Ryan at

We understand that the years spent raising middle and high school students can be both chaotic and wonderful all at the same time, and we desire the Student Ministry at CCC to be a place where you and your student feel connected and cared for.
