Great sermon! I've been working to encourage other housebound Christians through the internet and through contributing to a Christian newsletter directed to the chronically ill. This week I've made a commitment to spend some time writing each week. Also working on making myself more available to God for Him to repair my own brokenness. I've instituted a rule in our house that the children need to remain in their rooms until their alarms go off, so that I can start my day earlier alone with the Lord w/o having them all pour out upon me at the first sign of life in the house. :-) Time in prayer and studying the Bible, I think, will help me gain clarity about who I was created to be and who the opponent is... on the surface, the latter seems obvious, but you know, certain things of this world have a way of encroaching into our relationship with God w/o us really noticing, don't they? They can be opponents, too. Thanks for thought provoking questions!
